I was having trouble with my stoma due to a hernia getting worse. I was seen at short notice which was greatly appreciated. It was good to talk through the problem and receive appropriate help. It was also good to have the opportunity to discuss stoma issues generally with an expert. It is important to have access to this expertise.

My self and my wife was made very welcome as we arrived, Andrew was out-standing, he gave us a lot advice on the Stoma and the Hernia as well, that we did not know about, we were treated with a lot of respect and dignity. Keep the good work up. We both felt safe as everything was sanitize.

Having a hernia made a few things difficult but with treatment by Andrew Bird, and showing me what to doin future made things more comfortable and manageable.
